AI Infra teams at HubSpot play a pivotal role in developing AI/ML solutions that serve a dual mission: providing Product teams with seamless, robust, and scalable Machine Learning solutions, and offering Machine Learning Engineers (MLEs) optimal infrastructure to facilitate their workflows.
As a Technical Lead, you will:
- Lead a small team of 3-4 engineers, emphasizing autonomy and flexibility
- Help set the strategic direction for AI Infrastructure at HubSpot
- Remain hands-on in all technical aspects while leading the team
- Perform code reviews, coaching, and mentoring engineers
- Have coding experience in Java/Python or other backend languages
- Possess familiarity with general ML concepts and a proactive attitude to stay current with industry advancements; preferable exposure to AI Infrastructure at scale
- Exhibit outstanding communication and collaboration skills, effectively influencing stakeholders and building strong cross-functional relationships
