As a Work Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with our dynamic team of curriculum teaching professionals to support learners in developing work readiness skills across various vocational levels. Your duties include providing support to learners through delivering a comprehensive work experience and industry placement program. This aims to help learners take ownership of their career plans and achieve their personal aspirations, thereby progressing in their working lives. You will assist learners in working with colleagues and employers to secure work experience opportunities aligned with their study programs. Additionally, you will ensure that records of learners' progress during work experience are accurately maintained, recorded, validated, and reported using internal college systems.
