A day in the Life As a Clinical Research Associate, you will: Work within multinational project teams, delivering high levels of customer service across multiple projects. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, taking ownership of your work in a collaborative environment. Perform and coordinate all aspects of clinical monitoring, with the qualification to conduct activities independently. Experience At least 6 months of independent, on-site monitoring experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Understanding of ICH-GCP, EU, and FDA requirements. Knowledge of medical/therapeutic areas and medical terminology. Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent command of English.
