We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Care Team in Knowsley as Call Centre Representative.

Hourly Pay: £13.81 per hour

Contract type: Permanent Part-time

Work hours: On Call Days Monday - Sunday: 07:00-18:00, with 2 weeks notice of shift.

What will I do as a Call Centre Representative?

  • Be the welcoming friendly voice of QVC, providing world class customer service.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, resolving customers' often complex enquiries whilst driving brand advocacy.
  • Work towards achievable individual performance targets.
  • Participate in a supportive and seamless onboarding experience, including four weeks of training.

About You:

  • The desire to deliver a first-class customer service experience.
  • Take ownership of performance and always seek ways to improve.
  • Engage with customers and colleagues, creating a people-focused work culture.
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions.
  • Experience using a computer is necessary in this role.
