We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom/Business Manager or an individual looking to make the next move in their career to help lead our showroom operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
As the Automotive Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our showroom by overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our brand image.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Team Leadership: Provide coaching and support to motivate and maximize the team's potential. Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
