We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in South East, Essex & Kent. What you\’ll do: Assist with the procurement of subcontract packages, including preparing tender documents and supporting tender analysis. Manage subcontracts, certify payments, and administer changes. Identify and analyze changes with the client and supply chain, producing the associated documentation. Work closely with project management and construction teams to develop and deliver the project scope. Ensure compliance with Skanska standards and procedures regarding commercial activities. What you\’ll bring to the role: BSc or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with NEC 4 forms of contract. Relevant CSCS Card. Enthusiasm for learning and personal development.
