Job Opening: Service Charge Accountant / Client Accountant – Bristol

Salary: £37k (Office based)

We’re working with a long-established managing agent, an autonomous subsidiary of a larger national brand, overseeing blocks across Bristol and surrounding areas.

They are looking to hire an additional Service Charge Accountant with the following requirements:

1. Office based in Bristol
2. Minimum 2 years of Service Charge / Client Accounting experience
3. Ability to undertake full range of service charge accounting duties, including site integration, budgets, statutory accounts, and HMRC reporting (including VAT)
4. Ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practices
5. Leading a small team of Service Charge and Client Accounting Assistants, providing guidance and oversight
6. Professional accounting qualification preferred – AAT/ACCA/CIMA – but support can be provided for those qualified by experience only
