Deliver Industry Hiring Insights to Career Accelerator Learners

At FourthRev, we collaborate with top institutions such as King\’s College London, LSE, Cambridge, and others to deliver Career Accelerators in high-growth fields like Data Analytics, Product Management, Data Science, Digital Marketing, and AI.

We are seeking an experienced specialist recruiter to deliver industry-focused workshops / masterclasses / sessions providing hiring insights, employer expectations, and recruitment trends within these disciplines, either as host or as part of a panel.

This is a one-off freelance engagement, but successful facilitators may be invited to deliver the session for future Career Accelerator cohorts.

About Workshops & Live-Sessions

These sessions will focus on industry hiring trends and employer expectations for roles aligned with FourthRev\’s Career Accelerators, covering:

• Career pathways in Data Analytics, Product Management, Data Science, Digital Marketing, and AI – key roles, demand across industries, and career progression
• What employers look for – technical and transferable skills, hiring criteria, and in-demand qualifications
• Recruitment process insights – understanding job descriptions, application processes, and employer decision-making
• Industry-specific hiring trends – growth sectors, skills shortages, and competitive advantages in the job market
• Q&A session – providing learners with direct insights into employer perspectives and hiring realities.

This session will not include career coaching (e.g., CV reviews, personal branding, or interview preparation), as these are covered by FourthRev\’s Career Coaches. Instead, the focus will be on a recruiter\’s perspective on industry trends and hiring expectations.

There would also be opportunities to be a primary host or panelist, depending on the ask.

The opportunity presents to the recruiter both an opportunity to network with industry influencers and a pool of candidates for roles in FourthRev\’s learners, and an hourly rate of £25 for preparation and session work.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• A specialist recruiter with experience in hiring for Data Analytics, Product Management, Data Science, UX/UI, AI, or related roles
• Deep understanding of industry hiring trends, employer expectations, and career pathways
• Experience presenting to early-career professionals or career transitioners
• Confidence in delivering an engaging and informative virtual session with practical, real-world insights.
