Join to apply for the Accredited Practical Nurse role at Centers Health Care. University Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, NY.
Now Offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus. Base rate is $31.94 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.
Duties:- Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
- Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
- Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
- Helping Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
- Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid LPN State license.
- Good standing with State Registry.
