Now Offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Base rate is $31.94 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. Duties Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted. Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature. Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required. Helping Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene. Monitoring Residents\’ food and liquid intake and output. Requirements Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Valid LPN State license. Good standing with State Registry.
