Regional Sales Manager – Spain and LATAM
Reports to: Commercial Director, Growth Markets
Essential Functions:
- Deliver territory bookings and revenue targets through strong closing skills and efficient execution.
- Manage Sales Funnel, execute on open leads, update activities in SFDC, and maintain a healthy funnel to meet quarterly goals.
- Build relationships with hospital/retail pharmacists and decision makers to understand their needs.
- Manage distributor relationships, including quota commitments, training, visits, and building partnerships.
- Set meaningful quarterly objectives aligned with strategic goals.
- Analyze market data, segment by sectors, and identify opportunities for Omnicell.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders such as MOH, C-suite, regulators, and influencers.
- Lead tender responses, ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
- Develop accounts, plan daily calls, and study product demand.
- Report activity and results regularly, monitor competition, and stay informed on marketplace trends.
- Participate in educational activities to maintain professional knowledge.
- Promote Omnicell as a leader through promotional activities and events.
- Support international sales strategy in collaboration with management.
- Maintain customer relationships, identify new accounts, and develop strategies to win business.
