Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager Location: Boston, MA Type: Full-time Overview Our mid-size insurance agency in Boston, MA is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to service an existing book of business. The role involves managing client accounts, providing coverage recommendations, processing renewals, and maintaining accurate client files. Responsibilities Daily interaction with clients Renewal marketing and processing Managing account details, including letters, summaries, and certificates of insurance Account rounding and cross-selling Handling claims and coverage advice Maintaining client records in AMS/EPIC systems Adhering to agency procedures, standards, and timelines Requirements Minimum of 5 years of Personal Lines experience handling small to medium-sized accounts Property and Casualty license (or ability to obtain one within an agreed timeframe) Experience with AMS360/EPIC systems is a plus Strong computer, communication, and relationship-building skills Team player attitude Compensation Base pay range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year Additional benefits may include medical and vision insurance, 401(k), and other perks.
