About the job
We are seeking an experienced Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Consultant to support the implementation of effective management models and controls, enabling the business to engage third parties and outsourced service providers in compliance with corporate frameworks and UK regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment:
- Assist the business in completing engagement requests.
- Provide TPRM review, challenge, and approval for ERs and PRs.
Assurance:
- Execute quarterly control samples and assurance testing activities, providing reports to evidence compliance.
- Monitor remediation activities and manage the change management log.
Governance Reporting:
- Coordinate monthly reporting for metrics, watchlists, and risk assessments.
- Prepare governance meeting packs, track actions, and manage meeting minutes.
- Maintain various TPRM inventories to meet corporate and UK regulatory requirements.
Administrative Support:
- Manage TPRM shared drive, SharePoint site, and shared inbox, addressing stakeholder queries.
- Maintain and periodically refresh policies, standards, and guidance documents.
- Execute other ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary.
