Your role as a Search Production Administrator is to support data requests for the wider Search Production team. You will have a key role in ensuring the data collected through various sources is accurate and comprehensive, allowing the Search Production team to produce detailed and reliable RLAS searches for our B2B customers, to the company standard and compliant with PCCB guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accepting Search orders via inhouse IT system and checking order request information, requesting a wide range of different data types from varied sources.
- Manage the work queues effectively and ensure data is returned in an expected timeframe.
- Review and upload returned data to relevant IT system, keying data into online search production systems and checking data for accuracy to maintain good levels of quality control.
- Requesting information by phone/email and liaising with an extensive range of Local Authorities.
- Constantly reviewing alternative methods to obtain data that is quicker or more accurate.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Must have an excellent attention to detail, able to double check and be confident the data you are sending is 100% accurate.
- Previous experience in a data entry/administration role would be beneficial.
- Have a proactive and inquisitive nature β able to spot if something doesnβt look quite right and be able to challenge incorrect information.
- Be adaptable and team focused, able to collaborate and coordinate within your team and the wider department.
- Be methodical and able to manage work queues in a timely manner.
- Have good IT skills and be able to pick up new systems/online portals quickly.
- Be process driven β able to follow our standard operating procedures.
