We’re on the hunt for an exceptional PPC Lead to take charge of all Paid Search activities across CAVU’s Global Brand Network and international clients (including MAG Airports). In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a talented team, devise innovative strategies for each PPC account, and ensure we exceed KPIs while achieving revenue targets. This role demands expertise in advanced PPC techniques, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for pushing boundaries to optimise performance. Core Responsibilities:
- Develop Winning Strategies: Devise and execute cutting-edge PPC strategies to achieve business objectives across multiple accounts.
- Achieve Revenue Goals: Manage a media spend budget to deliver revenue.
- Lead and Inspire: Directly manage a high-performing team, fostering growth and development.
- Optimise Performance: Identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency across accounts, driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product owners, tech teams, and other stakeholders to enhance the customer journey and improve conversion rates.
- Analyse and Report: Deliver insightful reports on key metrics, test rigorously, and interpret data to uncover new opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in PPC, with a track record of managing large-budget accounts and scaling internationally.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, and Google Analytics (Adwords certified essential). Familiarity with bid management tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: A data-driven approach, with exceptional Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Leadership Ability: Experience managing and developing teams, with a focus on driving results.
- Commercial Acumen: Evidence of exceeding revenue targets and meeting ambitious KPIs.
- Passion for Innovation: A keen interest in staying ahead of digital marketing trends and advancements.
- Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
