Our maintenance team takes great pride in ensuring that their club looks and feels sharp! They bring to the role fantastic teamwork, excellent technical skills and clear understanding of reactive and proactive building maintenance in delivering a safe and welcoming environment for customers and fellow colleagues alike.
You will:
- Acknowledge, welcome and assist customers in all areas
- Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions
- Prompt upkeep of the building, facilities and all Rank assets
- Report, fix and escalate all equipment and building issues
- Create, implement and deliver a preventative maintenance program for the club in discussion with the management
- Carry out all necessary daily, weekly and monthly inspections and checks; liaise with any local authorities and Rank health and safety managers as required
- Encourage a culture of preservation, protection and safety in the club at all times
- Ensure that the building and surrounding area is kept clean, tidy and in good working order
- Maintain the décor, fixtures and fittings of the building to the required standard
- Receive, check, and store goods received under the correct conditions
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of current statutory, safety and health regulations
- Experience in facilities or building management in any industry
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, and deal with unprecedented situations
- Must be 18+ & have right to work in the UK
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
