The Role: As a Billing Specialist with us, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate invoices are issued promptly to insurance companies and patients. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and develop your career.
What You'll Do:
- Creation of accurate invoices in line with the billing principles set by commercial department.
- Investigate queries raised by the insurer or patient in a timely manner in alongside company policy.
- Undertake all administrative activities required, provide excellent customer care and to support the Billing Supervisor when required.

- Previous experience of working within a finance department

- Knowledge of an Accounts Receivable function
- Understanding of customer care
