An established and reputable office in Billericay, Essex, is seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Progressor to join their dynamic team. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, starting at 25 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the right candidate's schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sales progression process from offer acceptance through to completion, ensuring a smooth and timely transaction.
- Liaise with all parties involved in the property transaction, including buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and estate agents.
- Monitor the progress of each sale, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all transactions are fully compliant with industry regulations.
- Work closely with the office team to ensure a seamless handover of clients from the sales team to the sales progression team.
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to the sales progression process.
