They support customers in recycling, biomass, plastics, metal, and other processing sectors. Their blades are built to perform, backed by fast turnaround times and expert support. They\βre hiring a motivated Outbound Telesales Executive to join their sales team. This full-time, office-based role involves proactively identifying and contacting new prospects via cold calls and outbound outreach. You will generate new business, manage the early sales cycle by sourcing leads, establishing relationships, and securing quotes and proposals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and seeks performance-based rewards. Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to generate new business opportunities Research and identify prospects across target industries such as recycling, processing, and manufacturing Self-generate leads using online directories, LinkedIn, industry insights, and existing databases Engage with buyers, operations managers, and engineers to understand their needs Secure opportunities to quote or propose solutions based on prospect requirements Maintain accurate records of activity, contacts, and outcomes in CRM (Salesforce) Follow up on inbound or marketing leads as needed Build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline to meet targets Provide basic product information and tailor messages to each prospect\βs business Candidate Profile Experience in outbound telesales or cold calling, preferably B2B Proven ability to self-source leads and generate qualified opportunities Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent listening skills Resilient, proactive, and target-driven Comfortable discussing technical products in a benefit-led manner Strong organizational skills to manage time and workload effectively CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) is advantageous Interest in manufacturing or recycling sectors is beneficial but not essential What We Offer Uncapped commission with earning potential from day one Supportive, office-based team environment Casual dress code and early Friday finish Comprehensive product and sales training Opportunities for long-term progression within a growing business Next Steps Click βAPPLYβ now!
