As a Building Inspector, you will be a key member of our inspection service team, collaborating with registered builders to ensure homes meet NHBC Standards and Building Regulations, while also thriving under your expert guidance. What you’ll be doing:

  • Based from home but out and about daily, you will work with registered builders to ensure their new homes meet NHBC Standards, Building Regulations, and other relevant legislation.
  • You will build strong relationships with site managers, helping identify and prevent construction defects.
  • This role is vital in managing insurance risk and creating quality homes for buyers.
  • Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
  • You will have control over your diary and autonomy to perform your duties effectively.
  • Your workday starts when you leave home, and weekends are off to support work/life balance.
