Press apply to express your interest in ivee and apply for one of our client roles on our platform: Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Impact Analyst to support a major infrastructure programme transforming rail connectivity in the North of England. You will analyse customer feedback, monitor disruption management, and provide data-driven insights to enhance customer satisfaction during upgrade works. What youโ€™ll do: Collaborate with colleagues across the rail industry to deliver the TRU Data & Insight Strategy. Track customer satisfaction using Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other customer feedback metrics. Organize and oversee data collection through surveys, mystery shopping, and face-to-face feedback. Analyze customer and commercial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Shape disruption management plans and refine them based on customer insights. Provide clear, actionable insights to internal stakeholders, supporting the Customer Manifesto. Act as the key contact for commercial data analysis related to the TRU programme. Your superpowers: Degree (or equivalent) in a discipline demonstrating strong analytical and quantitative skills. 3+ years of experience in an analyst or equivalent role, working with customer and commercial data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in the rail industry is a plus, but not essential. Excellent career prospects with a focus on personal development.
