Tasks & Accountabilities End-to-end project management with clear planning and progress tracking. Coordinate project teams and stakeholders, including Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Methods and Tools, Configuration, and Program Management. Prepare and present decision gate dossiers at key project stages. Ensure work packages are completed on schedule with minimal impact on Engineering or Manufacturing operations. Ensure projects comply with procedural and regulatory requirements, such as certification, configuration management, and data classification. Define and implement project strategies, including risk management. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational qualifications and experience. Strong project management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. Knowledge of PLM and ERP tools like PASS, SAP is highly desirable. Experience in configuration management or digital projects within Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality functions is preferred. Leadership and influencing skills are essential.
