Responsibilities:
- Identifying and securing regional and national business opportunities through various sources, including field engineer leads, client requests, and inbound enquiries.
- Preparing and submitting competitive quotations for preventative maintenance contracts in line with pricing policies.
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to securing contracts.
- Updating and tracking sales opportunities in real time via the CRM system.
- Developing relationships with Facilities Management companies and other key stakeholders.
- Representing the company at industry exhibitions, client meetings, and sales events.
Requirements:
- Experience with service sales and service contracts.
- Proven ability to win and convert new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of BS7036 / BSEN16005:2012 regulations and industry standards (desirable).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
