About The Role

Internally known as Production Controller, this is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team working from our Eastern region and based at our head office in Bedford on a permanent contract.

As a Production Controller, you will support the Construction Director and Site teams in administration and compliance across all sites within your region.

Responsibilities include:

• Diary management and meeting scheduling
• Event planning and coordination, including site meetings and training
• Supporting inductions for all levels of site staff
• Ordering site uniforms, IT equipment, and stationery
• Managing NHBC and CCS registrations
• Assisting with documentation collation for Contractor Reports
• Managing holiday forms and cover risks
• Maintaining plot files and electronic site documentation
• Collating build and sales information
• Filing plot sign-off sheets
• Coordinating purchase orders
• Supporting recruitment and agency management
• Answering office intercom and managing door access
• Providing PA/office admin support and cover during breaks and holidays

About You

• Numeracy and literacy skills
• Experience with IT systems or project management tools
• Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Previous construction industry experience preferred but not essential
• Understanding of quality, health & safety in the workplace
• Full UK driving license
