You will have regular meetings with your apprenticeship provider, complete coursework, and be a fully integrated member of our Parts Department. Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service Liaising with Workshop and other departments Stock control and parts ordering Using internal and external computer systems Achieving targets for upselling products and services Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 am – 5:00 pm. Who We Are Looking For Genuine interest in the motor trade Self-motivated with enthusiasm Excellent communication skills and positive relationship-building ability Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail Good IT skills Team player mentality Minimum grade C/4 in English and Maths, preferably in Science Successful applicants will receive a pre-screening call from our apprenticeship provider.
