What you’ll be doing: Working from home but out daily, you will ensure new homes meet standards and legislation, building strong relationships with site managers, identifying and preventing construction defects. You will receive full training and support, manage your own schedule, and enjoy a healthy work/life balance without weekend work. What we are looking for: Relevant house-building or construction experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to influence and handle disagreements assertively Analytical skills for decision support Understanding of house building processes and trades Physically capable of site visits, including working at heights Interest in industry standards and developments Customer focus and commitment to quality Education and Qualifications: Construction-related qualification (e.g., City and Guilds, HNC, HND, NVQ) or working towards it Full Driving Licence NHBC Building Safety Regulator Framework: Support and training are provided for registration with the Building Safety Regulator, including funding for assessment schemes.
