A leading South East law firm are seeking a Property Litigation solicitor to join their Guildford office.
You will join the real estate dispute resolution team specialising in contentious residential and commercial landlord and tenant, development and property investment work. You will be responsible for your own caseload of contentious matters related to:
- Contested service charge recovery
- Lease interpretation
- Rights of first refusal
- Residential lease renewal
- Collective enfranchisement cases
- Assured Shorthold Tenancy
- Consultation procedures
- Security of tenure
You will also assist with marketing and business development initiatives.
You must have a solid background in property litigation from a well regarded firm and a good understanding of the relevant legislation. Please apply if you have between 2-4 years PQE and experience in both commercial and residential property disputes.
