Role Highlights

  • Own and manage the full CRM marketing calendar, aligning with commercial and brand priorities.
  • Deliver end-to-end campaign execution across email and push channels, from brief to build.
  • Run A/B testing and performance reviews to constantly improve conversion and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Brand, and Commercial teams to maximise impact.

You Will Need

  • Confidence with CRM platforms and experience running multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong planning and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of performance optimisation.
  • Solid working knowledge of HTML for editing campaign templates.
  • Creative yet commercially aware approach to messaging and content strategy.
