Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Search Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional finance professionals—from Vice President to C-Suite—for cyber security vendors across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. You will work closely with internal client stakeholders, venture capital and private equity firms to manage end-to-end executive search assignments, focusing on roles such as VP of Finance, Controller, VP of FP&A, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle executive search engagements for finance leadership roles within the Cyber Security sector.
- Partner with clients to understand strategic hiring needs, role requirements, and cultural fit.
- Build and manage talent pipelines of finance professionals across the US, EMEA, and APJ regions.
- Source, assess, and engage both passive and active executive-level candidates.
- Conduct structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and candidate evaluations.
- Prepare detailed candidate reports and provide strategic advice to clients throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure exceptional candidate and client experience, maintaining a strong reputation for professionalism and discretion.
- Stay informed on market trends in cybersecurity and finance leadership.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment within finance.
- Proven track record of recruiting finance leaders across a variety of companies. (Technology or Cyber Security is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of finance roles, including FP&A, accounting, operations, and capital markets.
- Familiarity with global hiring landscapes, especially in the US, EMEA, and APJ.
- Excellent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with executive search platforms, CRMs, and sourcing tools.
