Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Search Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional finance professionals—from Vice President to C-Suite—for cyber security vendors across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. You will work closely with internal client stakeholders, venture capital and private equity firms to manage end-to-end executive search assignments, focusing on roles such as VP of Finance, Controller, VP of FP&A, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Key Responsibilities: Execute full-cycle executive search engagements for finance leadership roles within the Cyber Security sector. Partner with clients to understand strategic hiring needs, role requirements, and cultural fit. Build and manage talent pipelines of finance professionals across the US, EMEA, and APJ regions. Source, assess, and engage both passive and active executive-level candidates. Conduct structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and candidate evaluations. Prepare detailed candidate reports and provide strategic advice to clients throughout the hiring process. Ensure exceptional candidate and client experience, maintaining a strong reputation for professionalism and discretion. Stay informed on market trends in cybersecurity and finance leadership. Experience: 5+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment within finance. Proven track record of recruiting finance leaders across a variety of companies. (Technology or Cyber Security is an advantage). Strong understanding of finance roles, including FP&A, accounting, operations, and capital markets. Familiarity with global hiring landscapes, especially in the US, EMEA, and APJ. Excellent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with executive search platforms, CRMs, and sourcing tools.
