We are looking for a Graphic & Digital Designer to join the team in our Bracknell Office. We offer hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days based from home.

About the role …

This role is centred around creative asset development across Sally Europe, working within the creative services team (Studio) and supporting the delivery of marketing communications. You will continually raise the bar on creativity, working to brief and delivering inspiring and exciting solutions tailored to our target audiences, on time and with high-quality execution. This involves creative communication across multiple channels, including print (in-store POS & publications) and digital (website, social media & paid digital). You will act as visual custodian, ensuring all communications created and produced are in-line with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities …

  • Delivery of creative development and production services for SEU (Internal & External) for print and digital.
  • Working within a team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
  • Knowledge and ability to produce motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms would be advantageous.
  • Working in line with a variety of style guides including internal and external brands.
  • Provide support and guidance to peers across the team.
  • Proactive collaboration to generate new ideas and review learnings.
  • Review effectiveness of creative assets produced, for personal and business development.
  • Support in maintaining and developing brand guidelines & templates within the Sally Europe family.
  • Ensure that all communications reflect the brand stylistically and tonally.
  • Creative ideation – Bringing new ideas and creative thinking to the studio team.

About you ...

  • Experience in printed & digital design (both B2C and B2B).
  • Mac literate with excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects and Premier.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience of design in a commercial environment.
  • Tenacious attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, working to and delivering against deadlines on multiple briefs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • HTML and responsive web design knowledge advantageous.
