The Digital Brand Experience Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, execution, and tracking of SEO and content marketing strategies for our hospitality client base to maximize ROI and support business objectives. This role plays a crucial role in optimizing our clients’ digital presence, enhancing user experience, and driving personalized marketing strategies. The Digital Brand Experience Specialist role involves strategizing and executing on SEO and content marketing initiatives, conducting UX optimizations, and leveraging data-driven insights to innovate and create unparalleled digital experiences within the hospitality industry. We are seeking applicants with a data-driven mindset who can seamlessly blend SEO, UX design, and personalized marketing to create exceptional digital brand experiences. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • SEO: Conduct keyword research and mapping to inform content strategy and site architecture. Create and optimize content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement and monitor performance. Execute technical SEO tasks, including managing backlinks, site speed optimization, and other backend SEO activities. Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other on-page factors to enhance SEO performance. Track, report, and analyze SEO metrics to refine strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • User Experience (UX): Develop and conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize web pages and improve user experience. Design wireframes and web pages with a focus on usability and aesthetics. Optimize website layout and design to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Personalize copy and landing pages for omnichannel marketing and user conversion. Gather and analyze omnichannel datasets to drive personalized marketing strategies and innovations.
  • Data & Reporting: Build and analyze reports on SEO and website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics tools. Implement event tracking and audience building within GA4. Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights and analysis to stakeholders. Continuously monitor and report on website analytics to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Stay updated with new technologies, CMS, and industry best practices to adapt and implement new solutions quickly. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 Years of Experience working in SEO and/or Web Analytics roles
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar products
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments (Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO tools: Moz, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc.
  • Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (Looker Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Agency Experience is a plus
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Wordpress and Webflow are preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or other programming languages
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Tag Manager a plus
