Project Highlight The M25 is one of our flagship projects in the UK, vital for transportation and infrastructure. We are seeking an Inspections Lead to oversee inspection programs for this critical asset, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance within contractual and statutory deadlines. Key Responsibilities Safety: Demonstrate safety leadership, promote behavioural safety, and ensure safety considerations are integrated into all inspection activities. Reporting and Compliance: Ensure all inspections comply with laws and policies; prepare and present reports to stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding inspections. Resource Allocation: Collaborate with delivery leads to meet project deadlines, managing resources effectively. Process Ownership: Oversee inspection processes, ensure quality and timeliness, and lead process improvements. People Leadership: Lead and develop a team to deliver inspections efficiently and effectively. Budget Management: Monitor and control inspection budgets, implementing corrective actions as needed. Qualifications Proven experience managing large inspection programs across multiple asset types. Strong leadership and team management skills, preferably in a matrix organization. Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations. Bachelor\’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience. Certifications: PMP or equivalent, SMSTS qualification.
