This is an 18-month structured learning and development program designed for upcoming and recent college graduates, as well as career changers, to gain skills in insurance brokering and risk management. All training hours are paid, and the role is full-time with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Work cross-functionally to provide excellent service to clients Create documents, certificates, and reports using various systems Handle new business applications and maintain client relationships Assist in marketing efforts by preparing RFP responses Research and resolve routine issues, escalating as needed You will also participate in seminars to expand your industry knowledge and work towards licensing and designations. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma/GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong technological skills Excellent communication skills Willingness to travel once during the program (expenses covered) Pass property & casualty license exam within 90 days of start Nice-to-Haves Associate’s or Bachelor\’s degree Previous internship or work experience Interest in insurance industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
