Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities include: Managing urgent and high-pressure shipments efficiently and accurately. Identifying and resolving service disruptions proactively, keeping customers informed and offering alternatives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with service providers such as airlines and trucking companies. Evaluating vendors periodically and implementing corrective actions. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, operational standards, and external regulations. Assessing and improving departmental processes for greater efficiency. Additional Responsibilities: Receiving, preparing, and routing shipments in accordance with customer requirements. Monitoring shipments throughout transit to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Developing expertise in Road Freight and Imports. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
