The HR Generalist will be part of a successful and dynamic Human Resources (HR) team and the post will be based in Bryson Care – Derry/Londonderry. The role is an important role within the HR team taking responsibility for key needs of Bryson Care including employee relations, absence management, recruitment and selection, payroll and other key initiatives to support the HR team and the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a HR role
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience using Microsoft Software
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of good HR Practices
- Experience of employee relation cases
- Experience of dealing with absence management
- Qualified to or working towards a minimum of level 5 CIPD is desirable.
