About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting an ambitious Litigation Executive with Clinical Negligence experience to join our successful team. Our Clinical Negligence team handles NHS and medical negligence claims, including medical misdiagnosis, amputation, cancer, nerve injury, spine injury, birth injury, and negligence claims against healthcare professionals and institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage own caseload and assess claims efficiently.
  • Ensure customer expectations regarding process and timescales are met.
  • Handle new claims, action them according to service level agreements, and update the Claims Management System.
  • Demonstrable experience within Clinical Negligence is essential.

About You

You should have previous experience in clinical negligence and be capable of managing your own cases effectively.
