An opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our long-standing team at Martin and Carr Vets on a part-time basis. We can tailor the role to suit you—whether you prefer surgical cases or consultations only. If surgery is your interest, we can offer one day of surgeries per week with full case work-up; if you prefer consults, we can provide a consult-only role.

Our team includes 9 experienced Veterinary Surgeons and 1 2nd-year graduate, supported by Registered Veterinary Nurses, Trainee Nurses, and support staff. Our team features an RCVS-recognized Advanced Practitioner in small animal surgery, certificate holders in small animal medicine and endoscopy, a vet practicing acupuncture and animal behaviour, and a vet with a PhD in nematodes. Our Head Nurse holds a CertVN ECC and certificates in analgesia and anaesthesia. We provide all necessary support and development opportunities regardless of your career stage.
Our established practice. As a Tier 2 RCVS accredited surgery, we have advanced diagnostics including digital radiography, ultrasonography, and endoscopy. We offer preventative healthcare, complex medical and surgical procedures, and onsite laboratory services for same-day blood analysis. Located in Pershore near the Cotswolds, with excellent transport links to Bristol, Birmingham, and London, our location suits outdoor enthusiasts and city lovers alike.
