About us: Storyteller is a high growth B2B SaaS platform, which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Our end-to-end platform gives companies a best-in-class Stories experience in days with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support. We work with globally-recognised clients in US TV and Sports industries.
Responsibilities:
- Grabbing hold of projects and making them your own, being the person who knows and cares the most about the clients you are integrating.
- Initiating delivery projects, aligning plans with client expectations and business objectives.
- Running client onboarding calls, helping to define the spec and leading them through the process of integrating our product.
- Controlling project schedules, tracking milestones, and adjusting timelines as necessary using project management tools.
- Maintaining transparent client communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and negotiating scope changes effectively.
- Reviewing client integrations of our product to ensure they are to spec and feedback any issues to app integrators.
- Running CMS training with clients to ensure they can use the platform effectively.
- Identifying and proactively engaging with problems to generate, evaluate and propose possible solutions.
- Managing post-launch support, ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success.
- Working with teams across the company - most of our projects are a blend of tech and content.
- Contributing to improvements in the way we work and deliver Storyteller to clients.
- Ensuring that project documentation and processes are up-to-date and accurate across all projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering or managing web- or app-based projects in the private sector.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A real interest in AI, technology and recent advancements.
- Proactive attitude; youβre always first on the scene grabbing hold of things.
- A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- A detail-oriented individual who ensures that all work is completed with accuracy, precision, and thoroughness.
- Experience communicating directly with customers.
- Experience in negotiating and drafting requirement specifications.
- The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- An understanding of project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online project management software such as Jira and/or Airtable.
Recruitment Process:
- Firstly, you will be asked to complete an online video which will involve answering a mixture of questions.
- Secondly β if your interview goes well, you will be sent a follow-up exercise (for which you will be compensated) that aims to test your project management and problem-solving skills.
- Depending on the outcome of this exercise, you will be invited for a final interview with Andy, our Head of Delivery.
