Delivery Manager - UK/EU Delivery

Up to £60k per year, full time permanent contract. Fully remote working! Exciting high growth product, relied on by leading global sports brands. Working with the latest hardware, tech stack and tools. The working hours for this role will be 9am-5:30pm GMT.

About us: Storyteller is a high growth B2B SaaS platform, which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Our end-to-end platform gives companies a best-in-class Stories experience in days with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support. We work with globally-recognised clients in US TV and Sports industries.

Responsibilities:

• Grabbing hold of projects and making them your own, being the person who knows and cares the most about the clients you are integrating.
• Initiating delivery projects, aligning plans with client expectations and business objectives.
• Running client onboarding calls, helping to define the spec and leading them through the process of integrating our product.
• Controlling project schedules, tracking milestones, and adjusting timelines as necessary using project management tools.
• Maintaining transparent client communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and negotiating scope changes effectively.
• Reviewing client integrations of our product to ensure they are to spec and feedback any issues to app integrators.
• Running CMS training with clients to ensure they can use the platform effectively.
• Identifying and proactively engaging with problems to generate, evaluate and propose possible solutions.
• Managing post-launch support, ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success.
• Working with teams across the company - most of our projects are a blend of tech and content.
• Contributing to improvements in the way we work and deliver Storyteller to clients.
• Ensuring that project documentation and processes are up-to-date and accurate across all projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in delivering or managing web- or app-based projects in the private sector.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A real interest in AI, technology and recent advancements.
• Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things.
• A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• A detail-oriented individual who ensures that all work is completed with accuracy, precision, and thoroughness.
• Experience communicating directly with customers.
• Experience in negotiating and drafting requirement specifications.
• The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• An understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online project management software such as Jira and/or Airtable.

Recruitment Process:

• Firstly, you will be asked to complete an online video which will involve answering a mixture of questions.
• Secondly – if your interview goes well, you will be sent a follow-up exercise (for which you will be compensated) that aims to test your project management and problem-solving skills.
• Depending on the outcome of this exercise, you will be invited for a final interview with Andy, our Head of Delivery.
