Role: Firewall Engineer
Length: 2 months
IR35: Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid – Manchester
This is to support a service provider with an internal project migrating firewalls from Cisco ASA to Firepower.

Key responsibilities:

Run through the rules and access controls
Migrate firewalls over or update rules, or access controls to migrate
Support the Head of Infrastructure to guide them on the necessary changes

Key experience:

Strong CISCO Firewall knowledge – ASA and Firepower
Previous experience migrating from ASA to Firepower
Someone who is independent to be left to deliver the tasks
CCNA + CCNP a plus
