Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales organization in creating quotes and purchase agreements in SFDC.
- Evaluate and review quotes and orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to Black Duck policies.
- Provide internal support including deal product configuration, discounting, license validation, PA generation, order processing through OM close, and license delivery.
- Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a conduit for back-office functions, providing feedback relevant to Finance, Services, Legal, Order Management, and other areas to support the sales teamβs success.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A bachelor's or associate degree.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch focus.
- Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.

- Level 2 β 1-2 years of experience; Level 3 β 5-7 years of experience.
