Are you a recent graduate who enjoys building relationships and solving problems? We’re looking for someone who’s organised, analytical, and confident communicating with clients and teams alike. Join us at SS&C as a Graduate CSM Support Officer and start your career in client relationship management.
Over 18 months, you’ll learn how we support and deliver for our clients daily working closely with Client Service Managers, Account Managers, and Relationship Directors. You’ll also have a mentor to support you, access to a graduate network, and clear opportunities for progression, with the aim of becoming a Client Service Manager at the end of your programme.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be a direct point of contact for assigned clients
- Support the day-to-day management of client service queries and tasks
- Work across teams to help resolve service issues quickly and effectively
- Build a strong understanding of our services and how we deliver them
- Learn to manage multiple client’s needs under deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- A 2:2 degree or above in a business-related or similar subject
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with data and using MS Office tools
- A team player who can work under pressure and stay detail-focused
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
