We’re Arc Legal, a specialist provider of ancillary insurance products. Part of the global AmTrust Financial group, we bring over 20 years of industry experience. We are committed to delivering high-quality, bespoke products and excellent customer service. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an MI & Data Manager based in our Colchester office. This role will be responsible for all MI and Data activities within Arc Legal Group, including data strategy and execution. The successful candidate will have significant experience in insurance data management and people leadership, ensuring reference data is curated effectively and reflected accurately in systems and processes for the production of Management Information.
Essential skills and experience:
- A strong background in Insurance MI and data expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence to own tasks independently and make decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in delivering operational change
- Strong people skills, with the ability to communicate and build rapport
