The Store Manager role is vital and integral to our business. You will provide valuable guidance to customers seeking to design their ideal home. An excellent listener, you understand customer needs and take a consultative approach to sales, ensuring customers leave with the perfect product and a great customer experience. As an accomplished, motivational, and inspirational manager, you will deliver excellent team sales performance. You are a people person who cares, nurtures, and supports your team, leading by example with OFL values and behaviours.
Experience in big box retail sales, ideally furniture, is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

- Basic Salary: £30,900, with a realistic OTE of £55k
- One weekend off every six, as Store Managers are required to work both weekend days
