We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for measured surveys, preparing technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, with an ability in collaborating with engineers and consultants to ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations. Local knowledge and experience of submitting Planning and Building regulations applications is essential. ROLE:
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD.
- Conduct site visits and measured surveys to assess project requirements.
- Liaise and collaborate with consultants, clients and engineers effectively.
- Assist in the development of architectural design from concept through to completion.
CANDIDATE:
- Proficient in architectural design software.
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Degree or diploma in Architectural technology.
