One of Bristol’s leading Private Client teams is growing and keen to recruit a CTA qualified personal tax Senior Manager. The incoming individual will take responsibility for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW individuals and their families. Typical clients will be entrepreneurial business owners, but may also include family offices, landed estates and trusts.
A broad and detailed knowledge of income tax, CGT and IHT is therefore required, including experience of advising on residence and domicile issues. The role will include managing a team of more junior ATTs and CTAs, overseeing their compliance portfolios, whilst also working closely with high profile Private Client Tax Partners and Directors on ad hoc personal tax planning projects.
Very much a client-facing role, you’ll need excellent communication and relationship management skills. You’ll join a thriving team offering support and encouragement to progress towards AD and Director grades. The team embraces a healthy work/life balance and offers hybrid working 2-3 days a week.
Salary will be dependent on experience but is likely to be in the region £65k - £80k.
