Kingdom Services Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Account Manager to join our Kingdom People Team.

Location: Bristol, with site visits to other locations

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm, or as per business needs

Pay Rate: Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

What the role entails:

  • Recruiting temporary workers in line with client requirements
  • Managing KPIs daily according to SLA
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Daily reporting (absence, recruitment, leavers) to site and management
  • Completing site payroll
  • Performing administrative tasks as needed
  • Managing workload to meet deadlines

Candidate requirements:

  • Passionate about delivering top-tier service
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Growth-oriented and results-driven
  • Effective communicator at various levels and strong presenter
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
