Location: Hybrid/Flexible – Leeds Head Office & Remote Options
Compensation: £24,000–£35,000 + 26 Days Paid Holiday

Responsibilities:
- Own and develop email and SMS retention strategies to drive customer loyalty, LTV, and profitability for e-commerce brands.
- Build, automate, and optimise email and SMS campaigns, flows, and customer journeys directly in Klaviyo.
- Leverage Klaviyo data and reporting, Shopify insights, and Triple Whale analytics to refine campaigns and drive measurable revenue growth.
- Manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of e-commerce clients, communicating regularly through Slack, Google Meet, and reports.
- Ensure all campaigns meet best practices for deliverability, compliance, and performance.
- Stay ahead of the curve on Klaviyo features, e-commerce retention trends, and new tools.
- Develop deeper expertise in a specialist area like SMS growth, deliverability, segmentation, or automation.
- Work closely with the Head of CRM to align on client strategies and outcomes.
- Help mentor junior team members through training and knowledge-sharing.
What Success Looks Like:
- 6 Months: Consistently improving client retention metrics (repeat rate, LTV, customer engagement). Launched impactful new flows and campaigns across your client portfolio.
- 12 Months: Handling whale-size brands, known for delivering outstanding retention results. Rolled out new retention tactics or technology that the whole agency adopts.
- 24 Months: Built a personal brand in the e-commerce retention world. Introduced game-changing processes or Klaviyo innovations.
Requirements:
- Ownership mentality: proactive, solutions-driven, and resilient under pressure.
- Attention to detail is second nature.
- Confident relationship-builder with strong communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Klaviyo for e-commerce email marketing.
- Proven results in driving revenue through email flows, campaigns, and SMS.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Attentive, and Triple Whale.
- Strong analytical skills — able to read the numbers and act on them fast.
