For Companies One of our clients are seeking a freelance Sample Recruiter to support qualitative research projects. This ad-hoc, project-based role involves contacting individuals from provided lists to explain research studies, build rapport, and schedule interviews.
Responsibilities
- Call individuals from Excel spreadsheets using a provided script.
- Clearly explain research objectives and build trust with potential participants.
- Ensure potential participants have correct criteria required to take part
- Schedule research with suitable candidates.
- Accurately record outcomes
- Maintain contact with participants to ensure participation
Key Skills & Experience
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build trust quickly.
- Proficiency in Excel for data input and management.
- Comfortable working from a script and adapting to ad-hoc situations.
- Prior experience in social or market research, sales or acting is beneficial
Compensation & Logistics
- Compensation: Approximately £42 per recruited participant.
- Workload: Ad-hoc and project-based
