About the Role
Ganymede Solutions is partnering with a well-recognised UK train operating company serving London to Essex. We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and competent Depot Electrician to perform electrical maintenance and fault finding at East Ham Train Depot and a secondary depot in Essex.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks
- Maintain 3-phase motors
- Test and maintain emergency lighting
- Test fire alarm systems
- Conduct testing and inspections on electrical plant
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Electrician in Facilities Management or FMCG sectors
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Electrical Installations qualification to Level 2/3 or Parts 1 & 2 C&G qualification in Testing & Inspection
- Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol test
- Successful completion of a full rail medical, including sight, hearing, colour vision, heart, lungs, brain assessments
- PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification
- Right to Work documentation
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist
