Here at Williams, the country’s largest independent supplier of trade-only plumbing and heating supplies, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our talented and friendly team in Fareham!
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be leading the development and execution of online marketing activities with a focus on strategies that drive brand awareness online, engagement with new and existing audiences, and getting the most out of our online systems. Although this is a digital focused role, there will also be opportunities for you to work on other exciting projects which will contribute to overall brand growth!
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be:
- Working with in-house teams and agencies to develop social media content and digital-only campaigns.
- Executing and optimising campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC and email.
- Conducting targeted initiatives with a consistent brand voice and message across platforms.
- Owning ‘Williams Online’ from the website to SERP and constantly improving architecture.
- Analysing performance and providing recommendations and reports to key stakeholders.
- Using marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Leading on website strategy with the constant focus to improve user experience.
- Implementing SEO best practices for technical and content optimisation.
- Developing results-driven content for the web and optimising for SEO.
Ideally, you are:
- A proven Digital Marketing professional with 5+ years exposure working within similar roles to our opportunity.
- Able to work in fast-paced environments whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in GA4, SEMrush, Meta, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
- A creative thinker who proactively keeps ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Adept in managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
- Commercially aware of how to manage a company’s Google Estate.
- An agile digital marketer with the ability to get the job done.
- Passionate about social media and building a brand online.
- Proficient in HubSpot (a BIG bonus - but not essential).
- Highly capable within websites and SEO.
