We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams, enhancing their performance, productivity, and culture. This role allows you to connect deeply with clients' businesses, facilitating team journeys that lead to innovative solutions. You will also support leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.
Your responsibilities include:
- Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
- Designing customized leadership development programs on various topics.
- Delivering remote learning and leadership development programs.
- Providing executive coaching and feedback using our CORE assessment tools, and conducting 'Train-the-Trainer' programs for scaling.
- Leveraging existing building blocks to create new programs.
- Building productive relationships with clients.
- Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
- Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
- Coaching Certification (ICF).
- Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders to develop effective cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in designing and facilitating team meetings, content, and materials.
- Experience with in-house consulting is a plus.
- Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and models.
- Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
